Daily routines

Routines built one tiny brick at a time.

A routine is not designed in one evening. It grows from small habits that survived. LazyHabits helps them survive.

The problem

Habit apps assume endless willpower. Nobody has that.

Too many habits at once

Seven new habits on a Monday feels great. By Thursday you have dropped all of them, and the app still lists every one.

Goals that start too big

"Meditate 30 minutes a day" survives about a week. Big plans need big motivation, and motivation is the first thing to run out.

One missed day feels like failure

A broken chain and a red counter turn a normal busy day into a reason to quit. Most people quit right there.

How it works

Three steps, no pressure

Start tiny
1

Start tiny

Pick two or three habits so small they feel almost silly: five minutes of meditation, one page, a fixed bedtime. Set when, where and how you will do them.

Show up and tap
2

Show up and tap

Check a habit off in one tap and earn points. Mark one habit as High Impact, the one that makes everything else easier, for extra points.

Review, adjust, grow
3

Review, adjust, grow

Your Master Habit is a regular check-in where you see what works and fix what does not. Your Lazy Buddy grows from Seed to Mighty Oak as you go.

Fix the system

The idea

How routines actually form

Skip the 5 a.m. club fantasy. Build it brick by brick:

  1. Start with one High Impact Habit, such as a fixed bedtime.
  2. Give each habit a time, place and days of the week.
  3. Let the first habits run for two weeks before adding more.
  4. Use your check-in to move what does not fit your day.

Inside the app

Built for real life, not for perfect weeks

What you get

Everything that helps, nothing that nags

LazyHabits is built for low effort on purpose, because consistency beats intensity.

Tiny

Tiny habits

Define what, when and where for each habit, plus a reward. Small enough that starting is easier than skipping.

Focus

High Impact Habit

Mark the one habit that improves many others, like a fixed bedtime. It earns extra points and gets its own spot.

Check-in

Master Habit

The habit of working on your habits. A regular review with guided questions on consistency, fun and what to change.

Later

Backlog

Park habit ideas you are not ready for yet. Promote one when your current habits run on autopilot.

Rest

Break days

Schedule a day off to recharge. Streaks only count the days you planned, so rest days never count against you.

Buddy

Lazy Buddy and levels

Earn points, level up, unlock titles and watch your Lazy Buddy evolve from Seed to Mighty Oak.

Questions

Common questions

Is LazyHabits free?

LazyHabits is free to download, and the free plan lets you track up to 3 habits with all core features. LazyHabits Pro unlocks unlimited habits for $0.99 per week or $24.99 per year in the US. Prices vary by country.

What happens if I miss a day?

That habit's streak starts again, but nothing else is lost: your points, level and Lazy Buddy stay. Streaks only count the days you scheduled, and you can plan break days in advance.

How many habits should I start with?

Two or three tiny habits, plus your Master Habit check-in. LazyHabits even asks you to slow down if you add too many too soon. Add more after your first habit review.

What is the Master Habit?

It is the habit of working on your habits. At least once a week you sit down, review what is working and adjust what is not, for example moving a workout from the morning to the evening.

What is a High Impact Habit?

The one habit that creates a chain reaction. A fixed bedtime, for example, improves energy, focus, mood and willpower at once. It earns extra points in the app.

Do I need an account?

No. Download the app and start. There is no sign-up.
